Discovered in this thirteenth season of Top chef, Wilfried multiplies culinary projects. After having worked notably with Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental or as a chef de partie at Burgundy, he took the reins of Philo Saucisse alongside his friends Mickaël and Arnaud a few weeks ago… On the strength of his travels, this n It’s no coincidence that the young chef is teaming up with Paris-Boca this time to offer us a pizza with the flavors of Argentina.

Located rue Pierre Fontaine, Paris-Boca is a restaurant with a friendly and intimate atmosphere. Opened in October 2020 by the Franco-Argentinian duo Anne-Louis Brosseau and Natalia Pirillo-Font, it is directly inspired by the cantinas traditions of Buenos Aires. Paintings and other relics give the place an atmosphere cozy to savor Willy-Boca in the best possible conditions.
