Philippe should have studied the weather forecast because opening in the middle of a heat wave when you’re working in front of an oven… it’s hard, hard!
Who does not know Philipe Fernandez, alias Fifi, alias Bonissimo? The Trébéens should not be very numerous to ask the question.
A native of the commune, after having spent fifteen years in the Paris region, Philippe, the civil servant, returned to his roots and found his first job: catering. It was in 2005 that he acquired his pizza truck and worked as a caterer at the same time.
The evolution of the town, Philippe lived it, not only as a resident but also as a merchant.
Jovial, smiling, dynamic, loving his job and people, Philippe leaves no one indifferent.
And now, after 17 years of good and loyal service, Philippe is drawing a line under his pizza truck installed in the parking lot of Bricomarché. End clap for the truck but not for the pizzas that it now continues to make in the premises called “Bonissimo” at 33, avenue Pasteur, opposite the town hall.
We can say that the one who is not a restaurateur like the others has decided to settle down to work and serve his customers in good conditions. After renovation work and the creation of a laboratory for cooking, in the company of an impressive audience of customers and friends, he even inaugurated it on Wednesday evening to open it to the public this Thursday, June 16. With fresh products, of French origin, the pizzaiolo prepares, cooks and sells pizzas to eat on the spot or to take away.
Open every day until September 30 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., it has not changed the menu or the prices of the pizzas on offer. On the other hand, a new menu of burgers (with fresh “homemade” fries and “angus” meat steaks) enriches the offer.
On the catering side, every day, Philippe will offer a different dish to order because reservations are recommended on 04 68 13 04 91. This weekend, it’s paella!
And as good news never comes alone, her daughter, Élise, works alongside her under contract while waiting for the results of her restoration CAP and her final hiring.
A beautiful family story.
